This is Gerle Lake. It is a cute little lake. Motor boats are not allowed so it is very quiet and family oriented.

This is Loon Lake. It is a very beautiful lake. It is at a high elevation so it freezes over in the winter. It borders the Desolation Wilderness and the Rubicon 4x4 trail goes by the lake. There are lots of camping areas around the lake as well.
